We have been living here for 6 years and have had some bad managers over the years but now We have a New management team and maintenance staff and they are really good. The management team takes time to listen to the residents about issues that come up and they address it. The new maintenance staff is badass. They work hard and do their best to fix things in a timely manner.

I just recently moved in her from California. Jon & Megan have been amazing! Excellent response time, friendly, and super helpful. Maintenance came immediately to adjust the shower. So far my experience here has been a happy welcome to a new state. The rent is affordable, the amenities include a washer/dryer in the unit, dishwasher, central air, refrigerator, playground, covered parking, gym & pool. The neighborhood is clean and quiet too. Lots of shopping nearby.

It's not a bad community. They're remodeling it very well. And it's quite open. I am just not a huge fan of the area. My children attend school across town. But the management company is amazing! I highly suggest renting one of their apartments, in one of their communities!

Only been here a week and so far its great. Affordable in a market that is insanely overpriced. Unit is very spacious. Office staff is very nice and maintance showed minutes after request. Maintance was only needed for minor repairs from previous tenant. Grounds are clean and is walking distance to the park. Very happy so far.

Been living here for a few months now. Nice, quiet and neighbors are respectful. Dog park is nice but would be better if dog owners would pick up after their dogs so that kids can also play with the dogs without worrying about stepping in feces. Management is great if any issues arise they are quick to fix the problem. Only downside is rent's a bit pricey for not having much storage space and no use of the pool (often closed).

Just signed my lease for another year. Had a little rough start the first couple of months when I first moved in because I had consistent issues with the A/C not working. Finally the new management gave the OK to have a new AC unit installed and its worked perfect since! No major complaints expect for parking!! Many residents with reserved spots save uncovered parking spots for other residents by parking Their car in the uncovered spot until the other resident returns and they swap parking spots and then return to their reserved spot which I totally feel is unfair because we constantly are looking for a spot and dread walking all the way from the dark back lots to our apartment. Also in the lease agreement it clearly states no vehicles are allowed to be stored on the property and have to be moved ever couple of days despite if tags are current. I have noticed since I've first moved in there are a handful of cars that have never moved and are thick with dirt and/or have car covers on them which are taking up precious parking for residents. These cars can be stored else where like the street on libby or the dark back parking lot. Otherthan that, I love living here. Never see police patroling the property. Very quiet at night. Neighbors are very respectful. Clean property. Love the dog park and playground in the back too.

My daughter and Grandson moved here a couple months ago and so far it's been great. I can Definitely vouch for how quite it is a very well kept. They have a Amazing office staff and Maintenance crew. It's a little pricey, but in the long run it is worth it. All your stores are within a couple of miles You also are close to Dog park, park for children, etc The police and fire department is also down the street. The Hospital is just down the street also. The staff at the hospital are Absolutely Wonderful and you are in pretty quick. You can see that I believe it was the perfect place to live.

Richard and Faby in the office are amazing. They are always quick at responding, friendly and efficient. My husband and our children and I appreciate their hard work and dedication to the maintaining this apartment community. The units are beautifully kept and clean. The rooms and living spaces are a great size and the amount of space there is for storage is unlike other apartments we have lived in( LOT of storagespace) Facilities are always clean and orderly. This is a great community, definitely recommend! It’s close to everything you need and there is a lot of things to do nearby. We are very blessed to have connected with them!

We are going on 4 or 5 years, I've lost count. What drew me to this community was having an apartment with a yard if you're on the 1st floor. We have grass growing and a tree and it's hard to believe when I sit on my patio that I'm in an apartment. It took a little work, but was well worth it. We've been through a couple of property owners and have seen the improvements come around. The Fitness Center was a nice bonus just wish the hours were 24 hours like other complexes or maybe 4am to 10pm. That would be a nice change and more accommadating. Most people keep to themselves or are otherwise friendly and helpful if needed. Also with the new owners came a small dog park which was a very nice addition. As with any apartment complex there will always be issues that's normal, but communication usually gets a solution. The management staff that they have now is very friendly and it's nice to go into the office to pick up a package and they know who I am unlike the previous owners and their revolving staff members. I really don't have any complaints because it's a great community and that's why we keep renewing our lease.

I was having trouble with AC. I was going out of town so I told him to just come in while I was gone.. When I arrived home the AC unit was working fine, which was a great relief.. Mark and his assistant are very knowledgeable in apt maintenance. He always go the extra mile when he is required to fix something. They are both very kind individuals. They are the best.
