Had a pleasant experience with the manager, John, during our tour. Still debating on renewing with my current or taking the plunge on moving. But, 17805 is a big contender solely based on our experience with management.
We have been living here for 6 years and have had some bad managers over the years but now We have a New management team and maintenance staff and they are really good. The management team takes time to listen to the residents about issues that come up and they address it. The new maintenance staff is badass. They work hard and do their best to fix things in a timely manner.
I've lived here for over 5 years. I had issues with maintenance until the new management took over. Then found my old work order and got everything fixed. It's absolutely amazing! Thanks Alex for everything!
I applied for an apartment and was approved the same day. Application process was simple and easy. The Staff/management are always accessible when an issue occurs. Affordable rent in a decent neighborhood.
