I've been here a few months now and absolutely love it!!!

I can’t thank Alex enough for his incredible assistance in helping me get approved for the Seventeen 805 apartment complex. Alex was not only professional and personable, but he also made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His dedication and friendly attitude truly made a difference, and I’m grateful to be part of the Seventeen 805 community thanks to him!

I just want to start off by saying that this apartment complex is very friendly and quiet. Also, ALEX was very helpful with explaining everything about renting a unit to my understanding, he was also very patient with me and a kind person as so was Jon, so I recommend these apartment complex by far with amazing customer service. Happy to know they honor their promotions going on. THANK YOU !

I’ve lived here for almost 2 years now, the previous management wasn’t the best but since John has been here so much has changed as far as communication and how the property looks. John is always quick to answer any questions I may have & the maintenance team has been a lot better as well! Thank you John & his team for making Seventeen805 beautiful and a great place to continue living here!

This complex seems to be well maintained and any problems are fixed so quickly. Jon in the leasing office is super helpful and is always polite

We are from Japan, and we truly feel so comfortable and happy here. The community is clean, affordable, and the location is perfect for us, with Paradise Valley High School right next door. It's also a great community for pets; our dog feels so at home here. Everything we need is just minutes away. Jhon is one of the kindest people I've ever met and was always there to help me. The maintenance crew is also excellent and quick to handle any issue. This is more than just an apartment; it's a home where we feel safe and cared for. I first toured this apartment with my realtor, and honestly, I wasn’t completely convinced at first. I was torn between this complex and another property about two miles away. I decided to drive by one more time to get a final look in personand that’s when I saw the renovated units. I immediately fell in love! All the units here have two bedrooms, and mine is upgraded. Now that I’m fully moved in, I can truly say it’s so spacious, full of potential, and feels like home. Everything is clean, beautifully renovated, and runs smoothly. I have to give a special shoutout to John . He was amazing in winning me over when I was literally about to choose the other apartment. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for. Even when it started raining during my visit, he arranged for a car to escort me back to the leasing office so I could finish my application. That level of courtesy and thoughtfulness really stood out to me. I’m so glad I chose this apartment complex. The staff’s care and professionalism, paired with the quality of the units, make it a place I’m proud to call home. Thank you, John, for making this such a positive experience!
